Erika Banninger-Dugas

A third-year law-MBA student at the Université de Sherbrooke, Erika Banninger-Dugas is currently completing her second cooperative internship at Bernier Fournier. Her first internship allowed her to further explore family law, and she now wishes to broaden her interest by discovering other areas of law, such as criminal and penal law, as well as labour law.

Having volunteered at a legal clinic and worked in client services, the human aspects hold great importance for her, and she firmly believes that everyone deserves proper representation. Her participation in a UN simulation as well as in a criminal appeal trial allowed her to develop her research and communication skills, which she hopes to put into practice during her current internship.

As a law student, Erika strives to surpass herself and provide the best possible service in all mandates entrusted to her, while continuing to develop her skills and legal instincts.
