Member of the Québec Bar Association 2012. After graduating from Collège Ahuntsic, where he obtained his Diploma of Collegial Studies in Legal Techniques in 2008, Me Daniel Wysocki graduated from Université de Sherbrooke in 2011 where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and completed, the same year, the Common Law and Transnational Law (Juris Doctor) program. This dual training allows him to approach legal issues with a broad and integrated perspective.

He began his career in Montréal at a law firm focused exclusively on representing clients before public and regulatory authorities. He then joined Bernier Fournier in January 2014 where he was soon appointed partner in June 2016.

Me Wysocki is specializing in labour and employment law, occupational health and safety, and civil litigation. He advises and represents employers in complex workplace matters, offering strategic, practical, and results-oriented legal solutions.

His practice focuses on advising employers in matters relating to labour negotiation, collective bargaining, collective agreement renewals, wrongful dismissal and prohibited practice complaints, employee wage claims, and individual or collective layoffs. He regularly represents clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT) and arbitration tribunals.

Me Wysocki also acts as an independent investigator in cases involving psychological or sexual harassment in the workplace, assisting organizations in ensuring compliant, respectful, and legally sound work environments.

In parallel with his legal practice, Me Wysocki has been actively involved in various governance and community organizations, reflecting his commitment to leadership, ethics, and public engagement.
