It offers a very wide protection to consumers as they are considered vulnerable to professional sellers.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, our team proposes to represent you in order to assert your rights in many situations covered by the Act, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>False or misleading advertising<\/li>\n<li>Unfair or unreasonable terms<\/li>\n<li>Failure to submit a copy of the written contract<\/li>\n<li>Failure to comply with the conventional or legal warranty<\/li>\n<li>Unreasonable requirements imposed on the consumer upon conclusion of the contract<\/li>\n<li>Failure of the seller to respect his commitments<\/li>\n<li>Latent defects<\/li>\n<li>Excessive conditions on the consumer (unfair terms)<\/li>\n<li>Invalidation of a disclaimer clause<\/li>\n<li>Unilateral amendment of the contract by the seller<\/li>\n<li>Fees, penalties or interests not mentioned in the contract<\/li>\n<li>Contract interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Failure to comply with contract formation rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The situations listed above are not exhaustive.
